Desktop Tracker was released by VTi, as a rewrite of their earlier Tracker application.
Desktop Tracker was a commercial release and probably the most used and feature-packed tracker on the Arc. It could do 4, 8 or 16 channel tracks, with up to 4 effects per note, 64 samples, and it used the Tracker file format. There are (were) various conversion tools which would do a reasonable job of converting 4 and 8 channel Tracker files to ProTracker/etc for export to other systems.
